Returns & Exchanges
At Ardell, we want you to love your look; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lashes or adhesives that have been opened or applied.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our beauty support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit and include your printed return authorization form.
- 3.Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items for their original seal, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
